Frozen Chocolate PB Berry Pie

This Samoa Girl Scout Cookie lookalike is actually a Frozen Superfood Berry Pie. And what's a pie without lots of peanut butter and chocolate?! So, throw on that PB drizzle and those tasty Squares! Thanks Stephanie (a.k.a. @sheglowsdaily) for this super creative recipe!  


For the crust:
(Made using silicone baking cups)
1/3 cup of Purely Elizabeth Probiotic Granola in Dark Chocolate Sea Salt.
1 1/2 tbsp of Wild Friends 'Chocolate Coconut PB'
1 medjool date

Superfood Chia Seed Pudding:
1 packet of Sambazon acaí
1/4 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/3 a cup of Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup Salba Chia Seeds

1 Chocolate Coated Crunch Squarebar(crumbled)

Optional: extra PB for drizzling and coconut flakes for topping


  1. CrustPut all of these three ingredients into a food processor until it creates almost a play-doe-like consistency. Then press the mixture onto the bottom of your baking cups or whatever you're using. Place them in the freezer to harden up a bit until your chia seed pudding is ready.
  2. Chia Pudding: Blend together all ingredients but the chia seeds and the Squarebar. Once blended, add the chia seeds and place into the fridge for at least an hour to thicken up, then fill the silicone cups with the chia pudding. Before placing them back into the freezer crumble the Square on top. Some crumbles will fall into the pudding and some will sit on top.
  3. For added pizazz melt some PB and drizzle it on top with some coconut flakes or even add more granola.
