4-Ingredient Cookie Dough Protein Bites

I DOUGHn't know about you, but I’m ready to rolllll into the weekend! These 4-ingredient Cookie Dough Protein Bites are a MUST TRY! Ashley (a.k.a. @namasteupbeet) your recipes are always amazing!


1/2 cinnamon vanilla almond butter (I used  @juliesreal ) or regular almond butter
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Square, finely chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients and only half of the Square in a food processor until smooth (it might take a couple minutes), then fold in the rest of the Square.
  2. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out equal portions, roll into balls, and enjoy or store in the fridge!
