8-Ingredient Banana Bread

When you come up with a genius toast idea, and you just HAVE.TO.SHARE. Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free Banana Bread toast-style! It's okay, we can't all be geniuses. Grace (a.k.a. @gracebulson) this is a masterpiece, and you're the OG genius!!


Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup oat flour
1 cup cornmeal 
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp cornstarch 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond milk
Square(s) of choice, finely chopped


Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Bake for 47 mins!
  4. Cut thinly and top with whatever your heart desires! Banana Bread Toast is served!
  5. ENJOY.
