"Na-cho" typical nachos! These Sweet & Salty Apple Nachos are our healthy, yet scrumptious, and peanut-buttery twist on the classic sports snack. We even took it upon ourselves, to go the extra mile, and top them off with some Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squarebar pieces. ;) Enjoy!
3 apples, we suggest Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or a mix of both depending on your tart vs. sweet preference
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter (we used salted)
1 tbsp coconut nectar
1/3 cup pecans (almonds or cashews)
1/3 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 - 2 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squarebars
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
