Baked Peanut Butter Cheesecake


Cake... it's what's for breakfast!

These baked Peanut Butter Cheesecake bars are perfectly sweet and satisfying for anytime of day; but, we like to start our days off with the best, so #cakeforbreakfast it is! Thanks Raye (a.k.a. @rayesup) for this super creamy, yet dreamy recipe!


Ingredients:

Filling
16 oz cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 tbsp of vanilla
1 egg or flax egg
dash of cinnamon

Crust
5 Vanilla Crunch Peanut Butter Protein Crispy Bars


Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut the 5 Squares in half and press in the bottom of a square pan lined with aluminum foil.
  3. Beat all filling ingredients until smooth. 
  4. Spread evenly on top of crust and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, and refrigerate overnight, cut into bars and enjoy!
