Cashew Butter Cookie Skillet

Ingredients:

1 flax egg ( 1 tbs ground flax + 3 tbs water )
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup applesauce
1/3 cup cashew butter (almond butter would work too)
3 tbs almond milk or cashew milk

1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon


Recipe:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl combine flax egg, maple syrup, applesauce, cashew butter, and almond milk. Whisk together.

  3. Add in coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix batter and add it to a cast iron skillet.

  4. Cut up PB Square and place chunks on top (or fold into batter).

  5. Bake for 20 min, make sure to check on it.

  6. Cool and serve!
