Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F (170 degrees C) and line a tray with baking paper.
Start by combining the protein powder and ground almonds together in a large mixing bowl.
Add in the cashew butter and brown rice syrup (or coconut nectar) and mix well until everything is well combined. I usually like to use my hands after initially mixing the ingredients with a wooden spoon to insure that they are thoroughly mixed together.
Next, add in the Square chunks and mix again to evenly distribute them. Mold the dough into roughly 6 cookies and place on the lined baking tray.
Bake in the oven for around 12 minutes until slightly golden. Leave to cool completely. Enjoy!
