Chocolate Cashew Cheesecake


CHOCOLATE. CASHEW. CHEESECAKE. Need we say more?! Thanks Abigail (a.k.a. @veggie_trails) for such a scrumptious, plant-based recipe!


Ingredients:

Filling
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup hazelnut butter/spread
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
splash of vanilla
dash of sea salt

Crust
4 Vanilla Crunch Crispy Bars


Recipe:

  1. Blend filling ingredients in a blender until well-combined. 
  2. Melt down Squares. Press into a pan. Then pour the filling mixture on top.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, enjoy.
