Chocolate Chunk Coconut Bombs

 

I'm not a morning person or a night person... I'm a chocolate person. So these Chocolate Chunk Coconut Bombs have my name written alllll over them. Jenny (a.k.a. @healthyhappyhopey) these are da bomb dot com (pun definitely intended)!


Ingredients:

10 ounces organic black beans
1/8 cup chocolate coconut manna (I used Nutiva's)
1/3 cup chocolate granola butter (I used kween&co's)
6-7 dates
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
1- 2 Chocolate Coated Square(s) of choice, cut into small chunks
Dark chocolate chips


Recipe:

  1. Process all ingredients except the Squares and chocolate chips in a food processor.
  2. Roll into balls with your hands and set on parchment paper.
  3. Squish some dark chocolate chips & Square chunks on top.
  4. Set in fridge for about an hour or longer! Enjoy! *Store in fridge or freezer.
