For those of you that need chocolate in your veins first thing in the morning... we have the recipe for you! Chocolate Chunk Coconut Granola, perfect as a smoothie topping, in a bowl with almond milk, or just pouring directly into mouth (our usual method of choice). Makes 3 cups.
1 1/4 cup rolled oats (GF if needed)
1 cup brown rice crisps
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp cacao powder
3/4 cup peanut butter or chocolate peanut butter
2 Chocolate Coated Coconut Squares, cubed
