Chocolate Chunk Sea Salt Blondies

We heard blondes have more fun... cue Chocolate Chunk Sea Salt Blondies! Thanks Belinda (a.k.a. @beachsidekitchen) for this super *fun* and delicious recipe!


½ cup almond butter
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1 large egg or flax egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 
Chocolate Coated Nuts & Sea Salt Square, chopped
Sea Salt for topping


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients together. Add in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Spread evenly in lined 8x8 pan.
  4. Top with Chocolate Coated Nuts & Sea Salt chunks.
  5. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt. DEVOUR!
