Chocolate Cookies 'N Cream Shake

Shake, shake, shake. Shake, shake, shake. Shake your cookies. Shake your cookies. Yeah! Chocolate Cookies 'N Cream Shake, it's so good it will make you want to do a little dance. Thanks Stacey (a.k.a. @goodnessisgorgeous) for this fantastic recipe!


Triple Chocolate Cookies
Serves 8 

1 ½ cups oats
½ cup hazelnuts
½ cup raw cacao
¼ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
½ cup chocolate almond milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 - 2 Chocolate Coated Squares of choice, cut up into chunks

Chocolate Cookies 'N Cream Shake
Serves 1-2

2 frozen bananas
2 ripe bananas
2 chocolate cookies (made from ingredients above)
1 cup of chocolate almond milk


Triple Chocolate Cookies

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place the oats and hazelnuts in a food processor and blend until a fine flour forms.
  3. Add in all ingredients (except the Squares) and process further until well combined.
  4. On a lined baking tray, spoon ¼ cup of mixture on the tray, pat the dough down until a circle shape has formed and repeat this process until all the dough has been used. Add Square chunks to top of cookies.
  5. Bake in the oven for a 15-20 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool.

Chocolate Cookies 'N Cream Shake

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the shake is too thick for your liking, add in a little extra chocolate or plain almond milk.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with extra Square pieces and additional cookie if you please.
