Chocolate PB Nana Cream Parfait


Square Kitchen has teamed up with the Vitamin Shoppe and their plnt® products yet again! This time it's Kim's (a.k.a. @pbeechie) Chocolate PB Nana Cream Parfait, and we can't wait to sink our spoons into all dem delicious layers! 

Makes: 4 servings (pictured is 1 serving)

¼ cup plnt whole chia seeds
½ scoop plnt protein (chocolate or vanilla)
1 cup water or almond milk
3 frozen bananas
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup raw rolled oats or granola
1 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Square, chopped


  1. Mix the chia seeds, protein powder, and water in a medium bowl. Let sit in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to thicken into a pudding.
  2. Chop and freeze 3 bananas overnight to use the next day.
  3. On the second day, blend the bananas with the cocoa powder until smooth and thick. In 4 parfait cups, divide the portions of chia pudding, chocolate ice cream, rolled oats, and chopped Squares, layering each however you want as you go. Have fun with it! Enjoy.
