Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Popcorn

For all our beginner Chefs, this recipe is right up your alley. It's as simple as 1, 2... it doesn't even need a 3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Popcorn... think Muddy Buddies meet salty pop! Thanks Greer (a.k.a. @fitfoodieg) for such a delicious, vegan-optional recipe!


1 bag of Square Sea Salt Protein Popcorn 
1-2 dark chocolate bars
MCT oil (or coconut oil)
3/4 cup peanut butter
white chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Slowly melt dark chocolate bars down in a medium or large stove pot over low heat. 
  2. Add peanut butter and white chocolate chips and stir together, still over low heat. 
  3. Add desired serving of MCT oil or coconut oil, stir in.
  4. Turn off heat and add in Protein Popcorn. Toss until popcorn is coated. Pour in bowl and enjoy!
