Deep Dish Pumpkin Spice Pie

 

If the Spice Girls made a comeback today, they'd need to add a Pumpkin Spice! And this Deep Dish Pumpkin Spice Pie would be her favorite dessert! Thanks Kyla (a.k.a. @kylas.macrofood.life) for the finger-licking good recipe!


Ingredients:

Vanilla Crunch PB Protein Crispy
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
2 eggs or flax eggs
1 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
1tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
a handful of mini chocolate chips


Recipe:

  1. Lightly oil up 4” baking pan/dish. Crumble up CRISPY bar into the bottom of dish/pan and press firmly to make the crust.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry (except the chocolate chips) in another bowl and then mix in together.
  4. Place batter into baking dish and sprinkle on chocolate chips.
  5. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 mins until a tooth pick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
