Doughs before bros, yo!! Double Chocolate PB Square Chip Donuts fresh out of the oven and straight to our mouths! Thanks Nataly (a.k.a. @fitnhealthy_) for this DOUGHpe recipe.
1/3 cup of coconut flour
1 cup of almond flour
1/3 cup of cacao powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
4 small ripe bananas (blended into a puree)
2 vegan egg substitues (or cage-free eggs)
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 scoops of chocolate vegan protein powder
1 tsp of coconut oil
1-2 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squares
Mix dry ingredients together & then add in wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Spray donut baking mold with non-stick spray (I used coconut oil spray). Add in batter & top with a chopped up PB Squares.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. (Refrigerate for freshness)
