Double Dough Button Cookies

Isn't cookie dough just a less mature version of a cookie... you know, the "more fun" one in the family?!

These Double Dough Button Cookies are sure to bring out your inner child, so you too can be the fun one! Thanks Meah (a.k.a. @pilatespearlsandpeanutbutter) for such a delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

1 cup nut butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 egg or flax egg
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt

1 ½ Chocolate Coated Cookie Dough Squares

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix everything but the Squares together in a medium bowl until a dough forms.
  3. Next, roll ~1 tbsp balls with the dough & place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Now cut the Squares into small squares (about 4x4 per bar). Press the chunks down into the center of each dough ball to flatten.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before devouring! Enjoy!
