Santa Shmanta... these cookie dough bites are just for us!! Vegan, gluten-free, protein-packed, and #festiveAF - Ashley (a.k.a. @namasteupbeet) you've really outdone yourself!!
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup cinnamon vanilla cashew butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup almond milk
Splash of vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 Chocolate Coated Square of choice (chopped) - set this to the side
Use an ice cream scooper to scoop out dough, and roll into balls.
Roll each ball in Holly Jolly Xmas sprinkles (preferably while playing Xmas Jazz or Mariah Cary Xmas on pandora), refrigerate for 30 min or so before serving, store in an air tight container in the fridge!
