Maple Peanut Butter Donuts

For Donuts

2 cups of whole-grain or gluten-free flour

1/2 cup of maple syrup

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of almond milk

1 tablespoon of baking powder­     

2 Peanut Butter &/or Nuts & Sea Salt Squares, cut into little square chunks


For Sauce

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of maple syrup or coconut nectar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put all ingredients, except your Squares, into a bowl. Mix well until combined. Next, fold in half your Square chunks.

  3. Form a donuts or use donut pan. Top each of the donuts with 3-4 Square chunks.

  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

  5. While donuts are in oven, prepare maple sauce. Simply mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until well combined.

  6. Let donuts cool before decorating with your icing. 
  7. ENJOY!
