We've got plans this weekend. Maple Peanut Butter Vegan Donut plans. Thanks Agata (a.k.a. @cinnamonandberries) for this fall-tastic recipe!
2 cups of whole-grain or gluten-free flour
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or coconut nectar
Put all ingredients, except your Squares, into a bowl. Mix well until combined. Next, fold in half your Square chunks.
Form a donuts or use donut pan. Top each of the donuts with 3-4 Square chunks.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
While donuts are in oven, prepare maple sauce. Simply mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until well combined.
