Marbled Pumpkin Spice Bars

If anyone tells you it's too early for pumpkin... ditch them, you don't need that kind of negativity in your life!

Welcoming fall with open arms and full stomachs thanks to these Marbled Pumpkin Spice Bars! Carolyn (a.k.a. @copinaco), you really brought on the fall feels with this recipe, and we're not mad about it!


1 cup soaked raw cashews (I put them in boiling water and let them sit covered for about 45 minutes) 
2/3 cup pumpkin purée 
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice 
1/4 cup cashew yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp tocos (optional) 

Vanilla Crunch Peanut Butter Protein Crispy Bars

Marbled Topping
Chocolate Sauce (we like Eating Evolved)
Almond Butter


  1. Cut 3 Squares in half lengthwise and pressed into 6x9 baking pan/form.
  2. Blend all filling ingredients in food processor and spread onto crust.
  3. Spread chocolate sauce and almond butter on top and SWIRL.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours before serving. Store in covered container in freezer. Enjoy!
