PB Glazed Protein Donuts

We're going completely nuts over these Peanut Butter Glazed Protein Donuts! Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan-optional, and packed with peanut butter chocolatey deliciousness! Thanks Becky (a.k.a. @becks_liveshealthy), these donut disappoint! 


(makes 6 donuts)

1/4 coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda 
2 tbsp chocolate plant-based protein 
1 tbsp cacao powder 
Dash of sea salt 
1 egg + 2 egg whites (or flax eggs, mashed banana, or apple sauce)
1/3 cup honey 
1/4 cup creamy PB
1 mashed banana
2 Chocolate Coated Nuts & Sea Salt Squares

Peanut butter glaze 
1 tbsp coconut oil 
2 tbsp creamy PB 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a donut pan with coconut oil spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (coconut flour, sea salt, protein powder, Cacao powder, baking soda, & half of the Square chunks). Then add in the wet ingredients (mashed banana, eggs, honey, & 1/4 cup peanut butter).
  3. Once the batter is mixed well, place it in a plastic storage bag and cut the tip off. Pipe the donut batter into each of the donut molds.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins or until golden brown. Let them cool completely before adding the glaze topping.
  5. For the glaze, add the PB and coconut oil into a small glass bowl. Heat for 20-30 seconds, or until coconut oil is completely melted then stir it together. Carefully dip the donut into the glaze, top with Square chunks & a dash of sea salt. Enjoy!
