PB&J Frozen Yogurt Bars

You had me at PB&J!

When you want to make something sweet, but you've got an empty fridge... Four-Ingredient PB&J Frozen Yogurt Bars!! Thanks Hannah (a.k.a. @healthyhanner) for this super simple, yet super scrumptious, recipe!!!


4 cups vanilla or plain plant-based yogurt
1 cups frozen or fresh strawberries (or more if desired)
1 cup frozen or fresh blackberries (or more if desired)

4 Vanilla Crunch Peanut Butter Protein Crispy Bars


  1. Press Squares into a pan to form crust.
  2. Blend half the yogurt with strawberries in a blender until you reach your desired light pink color. Top crust with strawberry layer.
  3. Blend the rest of the yogurt with the blackberries until you reach your desired purple color. Layer on top of strawberry layer.
  4. Put in freezer to harden. Enjoy!
