PB Square Chunk Cookie PRO-Dough

We’re excited to announce our first Square Kitchen collaboration with the Vitamin Shoppe and their plnt® products! Doughn’t worry, this Peanut Butter Square Chunk Protein Cookie Dough is totally safe to eat raw, no eggs needed. Thanks Kim (a.k.a. @pbeechie) for being the culinary genius behind this recipe collaboration. 


1.5 scoops plnt vanilla protein powder (42 g)
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp peanut flour
3 tbsp coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
2 g plnt stevia extract (or 7-8 drops plnt liquid stevia)
½ cup water
1 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squarebar 


  1. Mix all of the ingredients except for the Squarebar. Once mixed, crush up the Squarebar and fold it into the batter. Can eat immediately, but it is best after thickening in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
