Peanut Butter Chunk Brownies

Some days you eat Squares and do yoga, other days you bake your Squares into fudgey brownies and binge watch Netflix. It’s called balance. Thanks Marissa (a.k.a. @beetsandburgers) for this delicious recipe, definitely earning those brownie points. 


1 egg white + 1 egg (or 2 vegan egg substitutes)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut nectar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp water
Dash of salt

2 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squares


  1. Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately (except for the Squares).
  2. Mix the two slowly until well incorporated. 
  3. Chop up the Squares into tiny chunks and fold them in. 
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9X9 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350. 
  5. Let cool. Cut into 12 bars. Enjoy!
