Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Popcorn

Move over peanuts and crackerjacks, I've got a new snack I'm taking out to the ball game... Vegan, Sticky, Gooey, Peanut Butter Protein Popcorn with Chocolate Coated Cookie Dough Square Chunks! Thanks Kat (a.k.a. @kat_organicjourney) for a home run of a recipe!


4 tbsp raw agave, coconut nectar, or maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut sugar 
1 tsp pure vanilla extract 
4 heaping tbsp organic unsweetened creamy peanut butter 
1 bag Square Sea Salt Protein Popcorn 
Chocolate Coated Cookie Dough Square


  1. Stir agave & coconut sugar in a saucepan at medium-low heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Turn heat to low & simmer for 4 minutes. 
  3. Add vanilla extract & peanut butter & stir until creamy.
  4. Pour bag of Protein Popcorn in a large bowl, pour sauce over it & stir.
  5. Let cool completely (about 30 minutes).
  6. Crumble Cookie Dough Square into mixture.
  7. Store leftovers in fridge!
