Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

Churn-free, vegan, scoopable Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream... where do we sign?! #Swoon! Thanks Stella (a.k.a. @therawblogger) for such an amazingly scrumptious and easy recipe!


1 frozen banana
1 tbsp flax seed peanut butter
1/3 cup cashew or almond milk
1-2 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squares(or Chocolate Coated Nuts & Sea Salt Squares) - chopped into tiny squares


  1. Blend first three ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a baking tin. Smooth it out.
  3. Add tiny, crumbled Squares on top.
  4. Place tin in the freezer & wait until your ice cream is firm.
  5. Scoop into bowl & drizzle more peanut butter on top. Enjoy!
