Peanut Butter & Jelly Double Chocolate Cups

A twist on the classic peanut butter cup! Introducing the Peanut Butter & Jelly Double Chocolate Cups... where have you been all our lives?! Definitely a must try! Thanks Kate (a.k.a. @cleaneatsandsometreats) for the scrumptious recipe!


1 chocolate bar of choice
Nut butter of choice
Jam of choice
1 white chocolate bar
1-2 Dark Chocolate Chip Crispy Bar(s)


  1. Melt a bar of chocolate.
  2. In a lined muffin pan place about 1 heaping tablespoon of chocolate into bottom of muffin cup you want it about 1/2” thick.
  3. Place in freezer for about 10 mins.
  4. Remove from freezer and on top chocolate with a dollop of nut butter and a dollop of jam!
  5. Melt white chocolate bar and top your dollops of nut butter & jam with another heaping tablespoon of chocolate.
  6. Shimmy muffin tray along kitchen counter to spread chocolate evenly.
  7. Next, top with crumbled CRISPY bar for an added crunch.
  8. Place back in freezer for about another 15 mins.
  9. Remove and store in refrigerator until ready to eat. ENJOY!
