Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pronuts

Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pronuts, gonna make your tastebuds go nuts! Definitely a must try recipe! Thanks Kendall (a.k.a. @kissmywheatgrass_) you made our brunch plans complete!


15 donuts

2 1/2 cups of gluten-free oat flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs (2 flax eggs)
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tbsp ground chia seeds
3 Chocolate Coated PB Squares


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients (except the Squares). In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients. The batter should be thick. 
  3. Pour batter into coconut oil greased donut pan. 
  4. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from the oven.
  5. Chop your Squares into little square chunks and top your donuts.
  6. Put them back in the oven for 2 mins. 
  7. ENJOY!
