Protein Cookie Dough Bites


Square Chunk Protein Cookie Dough Bites... DOUGH big or DOUGH home! Perfect for all your midnight cravings or for when you just really want some dough though! Thanks Alex (a.k.a. @eatyourhe.art.out) for this doughlicious recipe!


Ingredients:

4 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup organic maple syrup or coconut nectar
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup almond milk
2-3 Chocolate Coated Squares of choice
2 tsp melted coconut oil or 2 tsp ground chia


Recipe:

  1. Cut your Squares into tiny chunks (16ths).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (except your Squares) by hand. Patting it all together works best, but it's pretty messy. 
  3. Next, fold in your Square chunks, so they are evenly distributed through out the dough.
  4. Place large mixing bowl in refrigerator, for a few minutes, so the dough can set.  
  5. Remove from refrigerator and create little bites with your hands. 
  6. Store in fridge or freezer and enjoy whenever! :)
