Whole Wheat Strawberry Chocolate Chunk Protein Muffins

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops (1/2 cup) chocolate protein powder 
1/2 tsp salt 
2 tsp baking powder 
1/2 cup coconut sugar 
4 oz. applesauce
1 tsp vanilla 
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 cup chopped strawberries, chopped up
1 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Square, finely chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. Mix in applesauce, vanilla, almond milk, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in Square chunks and strawberries.
  6. Bake at 400F x 15-20 min in a lined muffin tin.
